"I need a single-scroll, mobile-friendly business portfolio site that quickly tells visitors who we are, what we do, and how to reach us. The core of the project is a clean, modern design paired with lightweight code so the site loads fast and is easy for me to update later.

Scope of work
The finished site will include three dedicated sections—About Us, Services, and Contact—each styled consistently with our brand colours and typography. A short hero banner, space for project highlights, and an embedded contact form should round out the layout. Please make sure all sections are responsive, SEO-ready, and accessible.

Tech stack
I’m flexible: a custom build with HTML/CSS/JS is fine, but a WordPress or Webflow implementation is equally acceptable if it speeds up content management for me. Whichever route you choose, I’ll need source files, any custom assets, and clear hand-off notes.

Timeline & hand-over
Once we agree on the visual direction, I’m aiming for a two-week turnaround. At delivery I expect:
• Fully functional website hosted on a staging URL
• All design files (Figma, XD, or similar)
• Instructions for editing text, images, and the contact form
