"I run a live store on Prestashop 1.6.1.24 and ever since I routed traffic through Cloudflare two things are going wrong: when someone creates a new account the name displayed can belong to the previous customer, and trying to sign out sometimes throws an error instead of properly clearing the session. Because both problems appeared only after the switch, I’m sure they stem from an over-aggressive cache or a mis-configured page rule in Cloudflare.

I need an experienced Prestashop 1.6 and Cloudflare troubleshooter who can jump in right away, trace the exact cause, and apply a clean, permanent fix—without disabling Cloudflare. That may involve adjusting page-rules, tweaking Prestashop’s Smarty or Memcache settings, patching controller code, or altering HTTP headers so dynamic pages are never cached.
