Current state
• The Base44 prototype is moderately styled with a few custom elements.
• Core functionality, APIs, auth, and database hooks are all proven inside Base44.

Scope of work
Your mission is to migrate that foundation into a clean, scalable codebase—whether React Native, Flutter, or separate Swift + Kotlin projects; I’ll accept whichever approach you can justify for long-term maintainability. Along the way, the UI/UX should be elevated from “good enough” to “delightful” without changing the underlying user journeys.

Key deliverables
- Fully functioning iOS and Android builds with identical feature sets
- Integrated backend calls, authentication flow, and data persistence
- Refined UI components and animations that respect existing brand guidelines
- Release-ready artifacts: signed builds, store assets, and deployment instructions
- Concise technical documentation so future developers can extend the codebase

Acceptance criteria
1. All screens replicate Base44 logic without regression.
2. TestFlight and internal Google Play releases pass review on the first submission.
3. Performance meets or exceeds 60 fps on mid-range devices.
4. No critical bugs found during a two-week user pilot.
