"I need a lightweight yet robust Management Information System purpose-built for a small polyclinic. The application must run as a completely standalone solution—no links to external EHR, EMR, or accounting platforms—so every feature has to be fully contained inside the software itself.

Core modules that have to ship in the first release:

• Patient Management – creation and lookup of patient records, visit history, basic clinical notes, and document storage.
• Appointment Scheduling – day-, week-, and month-views with drag-and-drop rescheduling plus SMS/email reminder hooks ready for future use.
• Billing & Invoicing – itemised service catalogue, automatic charge capture from completed visits, receipt printing, and simple payment status tracking.

Only one user role is required: Administrator. This role must have full access to every module and be able to create additional restricted users later if we choose to expand.

I’m open to the tech stack as long as the final product is:

• Desktop or web-based but installable and operable without third-party subscriptions
• Well-documented with clear deployment instructions
• Delivered with source code and a brief user guide
