"I’m building a single, integrated web portal that streamlines every touch-point of our business—from onboarding new associates to paying commissions and tracking customer leads. The site will be a corporate/business application, not an e-commerce storefront, and it should sit comfortably on any modern stack (React + Node, Laravel, Django, or a framework you prefer that meets the brief).

The platform must cover eight core areas:

• Associate login & guided onboarding
• End-to-end project and operations flow
• Automated payout calculation and release
• Target and incentive tracking for each associate
• Secure customer login with service workflow
• Lead capture, routing, and follow-up management
• Granular admin controls for roles, data, and reports

I expect clean, responsive UI/UX, solid user authentication, role-based permissions, and scalable database design. APIs should be documented for future mobile app use, and the final hand-over needs to include source code, deployment instructions, and a short admin manual.
