"I need a secure web-based payment system that lets parents pay tuition and other school fees online. The core of the project is a website that:

• Processes real-time payments through a reliable gateway (Stripe, Midtrans, PayPal, or any equivalent you may recommend)
• Stores and updates student information—name, class, outstanding balance, contact details—in an easy-to-use admin dashboard
• Generates and tracks payment schedules so parents immediately know upcoming dues and the school can automate reminders

While the first release only has to cover student records and payment schedules, the database design should keep room for adding full payment recap reports later.

Key expectations
– Clean, well-documented code (Laravel, Django, Node, or another mainstream stack you’re comfortable with)
– Responsive front-end so the site works just as well on phones as on desktops
– Role-based access: admin staff manage data, parents view and pay only their own invoices
– Audit trail of every transaction for easy reconciliation
– Successful test deployment on our hosting account plus hand-over of source code and installation guide
