"I need a full-featured, responsive website paired with backend software that will let visitors search and view both residential and commercial property listings with ease. Core to the build is a fast, intuitive search experience—keyword, location, price range, and additional filters—wrapped in a clean UI that works equally well on desktop and mobile.

On the management side, I want an admin dashboard where I can add, edit, and archive listings, upload media, and monitor basic analytics. The same system should keep data in sync so that newly published properties appear instantly on the public site without any double entry.
