"I need a stripped-down Android build that switches on straight to an Athan & Quran Clock, no launcher, no distractions. When the tablet boots it should immediately show a modern, minimal interface that:

• displays location-based Athan times with second-level accuracy
• raises Athan alarm notifications at the correct time even if the screen is off
• lets the user pick any Surah and control playback, yet defaults to smooth, continuous recitation once a Surah starts

Everything must feel fluid on a low-to-mid-range tablet: quick cold-boot, low memory footprint, and seamless audio. I expect a custom ROM (AOSP or Lineage as a base is fine) plus the Kotlin/Java source for the clock app,
