"I am building a lean mobile application that lets registered users book deliveries in three categories—parcel, food, and grocery. For this first release I only need the core flow:

• Mandatory sign-up and log-in
• A single booking screen where the user selects the delivery type, enters pick-up and drop-off addresses plus basic package notes, then confirms
• An order summary screen with a simple status indicator (confirmed/completed is enough for now)

That is it. Real-time tracking, integrated payments, and rating modules are intentionally out of scope for this phase, but please structure the project so they can be added later without major refactoring.

Deliverables
• Complete source code in a repo of my choice
• A build I can install (APK and/or TestFlight link)
• A concise README covering local set-up and build steps
