About Us

We are a Philippines-based startup IT consulting company working with international clients. Over the past few years, we have successfully delivered multiple production projects across web platforms, internal systems, and client-facing applications.

As we expand into the U.S. job market, we are looking to bring on a U.S.-based Lead Developer to represent our technical capability, support hiring efforts, and guide one of our delivery teams.

Role Overview

This is a non-coding leadership role. You will serve as a technical lead and interviewer, helping us evaluate candidates, review high-level architecture, and ensure our engineering standards align with U.S. client expectations.

You may also participate in client-facing technical interviews or discussions. When your involvement directly contributes to securing a client project, you will be paid for that engagement under the agreed freelance terms.

All production development and coding will be handled by our internal team of experienced engineers. Your role is to provide technical oversight, guidance, and validation, not hands-on coding.
