"I’m building “Emi”, a simple yet secure phone-locker utility that must run smoothly on both Android and iOS. The core requirement is straightforward: when activated, the app locks the device behind a custom screen and releases it only through our defined unlock flow. Framework choice is open—Flutter, React Native, or two native codebases—so long as the end-user experience feels native and stable on each platform.

Once the main lock-and-unlock cycle is reliable, we can iterate on added comforts such as biometric unlock, a password-recovery path, or limited emergency-contact access. For now, the priority is a lean, rock-solid MVP.

Deliverables
• Complete, well-commented source code
• Tested builds: an APK plus a TestFlight release (or equivalent)
• A concise README outlining build, install, and signing steps

Acceptance criteria
• Locks and unlocks consistently on Android 11+ and iOS 15+ without battery-drain or crash issues
• Lock screen cannot be bypassed through standard OS shortcuts or multitasking tricks
