Here’s what I’d like from you:

• A quick diagnostic plan that tells me exactly which logs or screenshots you need (Device Analytics, Console output, crash reports via Xcode, etc.).
• in person walkthrough—where you guide me through advanced steps such as safe-mode checks, profile removal, clean restore via Finder/iTunes, or selective iCloud backup recovery.
• A concise summary afterward outlining what was done, why it worked (or didn’t), and any ongoing monitoring steps I should follow.
