"WhatsApp Business API Integration • Connect app with your WhatsApp Business Manager account and registered number. • Fetch approved templates (text, image, video) directly via API. • Ensure compliance with WhatsApp policies (only pre-approved templates can be used).
2. Excel File Handling • Download Empty Excel File o Provide a button to download a pre-formatted Excel file. o File will contain mandatory and optional columns, for example: o PhoneNumber | Name | Field1 | Field2 o Include sample headers and instructions for users. • Upload Excel File o Validate uploaded file against the required format. o Check for missing/invalid phone numbers. o Parse data into structured format for mapping.
3. Template Selection & Personalization • Display available templates fetched from WhatsApp Business Manager. • Allow user to select one template per campaign. • Map Excel columns to template placeholders (e.g., {{name}}, {{event}}, {{date}}). • Support text, image, and video templates. • Optional personalization: if "Name" column is filled, insert into message; otherwise fallback to generic.
4. Message Sending • Bulk send messages using WhatsApp API. • Handle batching to respect API limits. • Track delivery status (sent, delivered, read). • Retry failed messages automatically.
5. Dashboard & Reporting • Campaign logs: o Template used o Number of recipients o Delivery/read status • Export logs to Excel/PDF for record keeping.
