Sample has been Added. Need to incorporate a a logo and change colors from the samele.

You’re free to work in WordPress, Webflow, or hand-coded HTML/CSS/JS, as long as the final result loads quickly, scales nicely on mobile, and can be edited without digging through complicated code. Feel free to suggest a lightweight theme or framework if it speeds things up.
