We are seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a website for our literary agency. The website will be public-facing, showcasing authors and their works, with structured rights/details per work. A secure admin dashboard is required to manage content without needing to touch code. The project also includes simple but robust community features (forum) for user interaction.

Key Requirements:

1. Public Pages:
- Landing Page: Overview of the agency with clear CTAs (e.g., Submit/Contact).
- Authors Directory: List of authors with portraits and short bios, including basic search or filtering functionality.
- Author Profile Page: Full bio, portrait, and associated works.
- Works Page: Cover image, logline, synopsis, genre tags, and downloadable pitch deck PDFs.
- Rights/Details Page: Structured table fields for metadata like Territory, Language, Format, Exclusivity, Term, etc.
- Forum: Simple MVP allowing user registration/login, thread creation/posts/comments. No additional/complex features needed at this stage.
- Resources Page: Uploadable PDFs such as contracts or industry guides.

2. Admin Functionality:
- Secure admin login with the ability to create/edit/delete Authors, Works, Rights/Metadata, Genre Tags, Synopsis & Pitch Deck Links.
- Upload/manage images (portraits/covers) and PDFs (pitch decks/resources).

3. Preferred Stack:
- React + TypeScript + Tailwind for front-end development.
- Supabase for database management, authentication, and storage solutions.
- Netlify deployment or similar hosting platform.

4. Deliverables:
- Fully deployed live website with responsive design (desktop + mobile).
- Source code repository with clean documentation for setup/hand-off.
