"I’m building a new line of table linens aimed at special occasions—seasonal tablescapes, holidays, and milestone celebrations—and I need an artist who can translate these moments into cohesive, print-ready artwork. You’ll receive my mood boards and sample references up front; they show the level of detail, warmth, and personality I want to see carried through each collection.

The first brief is to create a small capsule of coordinating designs that can live across napkins, runners, and tablecloths. While this project focuses on special-occasion themes, there’s room to branch into everyday or hospitality pieces once we find the right aesthetic together.

I’ll need:


• Digitized embroidery files (DST, .NGS preferred) with clean stitch paths and the least amount of colors possible without changing the details of the design.
• Pre chosen thread colors to match the design. Maderia thread colors are good.

A quick mock-up on a napkin or runner is appreciated so I can visualize scale before sign-off. All artwork must be original and released to me with full commercial rights. If we’re both happy with the outcome, I’d like this to grow into an ongoing collaboration for future seasons and events.

I have attached samples of the quality that I'm looking for. If you can't design and digitize at this level please pass on this project.
