"I want to turn my idea, “Uang Pelisp,” into a full-fledged web-based content management system. The goal is a clean, responsive application that lets me publish, edit, and organise articles and media without touching code, all from any modern browser.

What I need from you
• Plan and build the complete stack for a new web application, covering the database, server-side logic, and an intuitive front-end dashboard.
• Core features must include rich-text editing, image/file upload, category tagging, role-based user access, and fast search.
• Code should be clear, well-commented, and stored in a private Git repository I can access.
• A short deployment guide that lets me launch the app on a standard Linux VPS (Docker or a straightforward CLI script is fine).
• Basic unit or integration tests to prove the main content flows work.

Tech is flexible—feel free to suggest the stack you are most efficient with (for example React + Node, Vue + Laravel, or a lightweight Django build). I’m open to sensible recommendations as long as future maintenance is straightforward.

I’ll review milestones through a live staging URL; once everything meets the agreed acceptance criteria and the hand-over pack is delivered, the project is complete.
