"I need a sharp set of eyes on the front-end of our site to uncover exactly why visitors leave so quickly and what design tweaks will keep them engaged. The brief is focused purely on design aesthetics, zeroing in on our overall layout. Within that, I’m most concerned with three trouble spots:

• Navigation system
• Spacing and alignment
• Visual hierarchy

The job is limited to diagnosis and recommendation—you won’t be asked to code the fixes. Instead, I expect a concise, actionable report that:

• Screenshots or short screen-captures of pain points (annotated)
• A prioritised checklist of changes that would lower bounce rate
• Quick visual mock-ups or wireframes (Figma, Sketch, or similar) where a layout overhaul is advised
• A short rationale tying each suggestion to user-experience metrics (e.g., how clearer hierarchy improves click-through, how tighter spacing speeds scanning, etc.)

Feel free to lean on tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar recordings, Chrome DevTools or Lighthouse audits if they help validate your points; just make sure the final advice stays practical for our in-house devs to implement.
