"I need a full-featured e-commerce mobile application built from the ground up for both iOS and Android users in Somalia. The core of the project is straightforward: shoppers must be able to browse items, add them to a cart, pay securely in Somali Shilling or USD, and track their orders in real time. An intuitive seller dashboard and a small admin web panel are necessary so I can upload products, manage inventory, and handle promotions without touching code.

Because the audience will use a wide range of mid-tier Android devices and newer iPhones, I prefer one modern cross-platform codebase—Flutter or React Native are both fine so long as performance is smooth and app store guidelines are fully respected. You are free to propose third-party payment gateways that function in Somalia (e.g., Zaad, e-Dahab, or PayPal where available) and the most reliable stack for user authentication and push notifications.

Key deliverables:
• Universal iOS & Android builds, ready for App Store & Google Play submission
• Clean, documented source code with English comments
• Admin web panel (simple Laravel, Node, or Firebase console works)
• Basic brand-aligned UI/UX and logo placement
• Final hand-over session showing me how to upload products and monitor orders
