"I’m refreshing my content management system and need a purpose-built HTML editor that drops in cleanly, looks modern, and feels intuitive for non-technical users. The core deliverable is the editor itself, fully wired to my existing CMS architecture, plus a pack of several ready-to-use, responsive templates that demonstrate the editor’s capabilities out of the box.

Key expectations
• Seamless integration: the editor should compile to plain, standards-compliant HTML5/CSS3 and respect the CMS’s existing save/publish workflow (AJAX or REST).
• Templates: supply multiple professionally designed page layouts—blog post, landing page, and newsletter at minimum—coded so they preview perfectly inside the new editor.
• Clean UI/UX: toolbar, media embed, code view, undo/redo, and basic formatting are must-haves. If you can tuck in extras such as a drag-and-drop canvas, SEO meta-tag helpers, or granular user-role permissions, that’s a welcome bonus but not mandatory.
• Straightforward hand-off: include clear installation steps, a concise developer README, and a short user guide so my content team can start creating immediately.
