"I already have the visual direction for my personal portfolio, but I need a developer who can turn those designs into a fast, responsive, and standards-compliant site. The build should focus on clean code, smooth page transitions, and an easy-to-update structure so I can add new projects over time.

Core requirement: a secure, spam-free contact form that sends messages directly to my inbox without exposing my email address. Beyond that, the pages will be static in appearance—no shopping cart or blog—so the job is largely about front-end implementation and light back-end handling for the form.

You are free to work with a modern stack you’re comfortable with (React, Vue, plain HTML/CSS/JS, or even a lightweight CMS), as long as the final output is:

• Fully responsive on mobile, tablet, and desktop
• W3C-compliant, passing basic accessibility checks
• Deployed to my hosting account with clear hand-off instructions
