"I’m brand-new to web development and need someone who can create a clean, responsive laman korporat for my company. The single must-have feature is a Borang hubungan (contact form) that forwards enquiries straight to my email and includes basic anti-spam protection.

Please handle the whole setup—from choosing a beginner-friendly CMS or lightweight framework, to configuring hosting, designing the pages, and launching the site. For this first release I only need a home section, a brief company profile, and the working contact form, laid out in a way that I can expand later without touching code.
