I need an experienced Android system developer to create a custom Android Automotive OS (AAOS) build with an integrated OBD2 diagnostic scanner app for my university project.

Project Scope:

Part 1: Custom AAOS Build**
- Build custom Android Automotive OS from AOSP source
- Configure for x86_64 or ARM64 architecture (for testing on emulator/hardware)
- Customize system UI for automotive use
- Remove unnecessary Google services (if needed)
- Configure for head unit/tablet deployment
- Set up proper vehicle HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layer)
- Enable USB host mode and Bluetooth profiles for OBD2
- Able to run Android applications (.APK)

Part 2: Integrated OBD2 Scanner App**
- Develop native OBD2 diagnostic app as system app
- Pre-install and integrate into AAOS build
