"I’m building a focused productivity tool and need an experienced mobile developer who can take it from concept to a polished Android release. The core idea and wireframes are ready; what I’m missing is someone comfortable turning those screens into a smooth, responsive Kotlin-based app that plays nicely with modern Android guidelines.

Here’s what I’m expecting:
• Clean, well-documented source code (Git repository)
• A signed APK or App Bundle ready for Play Store submission
• Basic onboarding, in-app navigation, and persistent local data (Room or similar)
