"I have a concept for a brand-new Android application and need it taken from blank screen to a polished release on Google Play. The core idea and feature set are defined on my side; what I need now is a developer who can translate that vision into clean, maintainable Kotlin or Java code, pair it with an intuitive Material-compliant interface, and guide me through testing and deployment.

Scope
• Build the complete Android app, including UI, business logic, and secure data handling.
• Integrate any back-end APIs or cloud services we identify during planning.
• Provide iterative test builds (APK) so I can review progress on-device.
• Package everything—source code, assets, and final signed bundle—for store submission.

Acceptance criteria
1. App installs and runs without crashes on current Android versions (API 24+).
2. UI matches the agreed wireframes and responds smoothly across common screen sizes.
3. All agreed features function as specified and pass user-scenario tests.
4. Codebase is documented well enough for future maintenance.
