"I need a full-featured Windows desktop application that streamlines project task management from initial assignment through completion. The core workflow must cover three pillars:

• Task assignment & tracking – create tasks, set priorities, assign team members, update status, and filter by deadline or owner.
• Gantt chart view – generate an interactive timeline that auto-updates when dates or dependencies change. Drag-and-drop editing is essential.
• Time tracking – let users log hours against tasks, with real-time aggregation for reporting.

A clean, responsive UI is critical; WPF/.NET or any comparable Windows-native framework is acceptable as long as it runs smoothly on Windows 10 and 11 without additional installs. Local data should persist securely (SQLite or similar), but the architecture needs clear hooks for a future transition to a cloud-synced back end.

Deliverables
