"This project covers the build of a seven-page React website that will promote my business and capture leads. All written copy is final and ready to drop in, so the main focus is turning that content into an engaging, responsive experience.

Because I do not yet have formal brand guidelines, I’ll need help establishing a lightweight visual identity first—colour palette, fonts, and basic component styling that we can consistently apply across the pages. Once that foundation is set, the development work begins.

Core expectations
• Develop the site in React (plain CRA, [login to view URL], or Vite are fine—use what you’re most efficient with).
• Implement the agreed-upon branding across all seven pages.
• Ensure fast load times, mobile responsiveness, and clean, well-commented code.
• Set up a simple contact/lead form that routes to my email.
• Deploy to my preferred host (Vercel, Netlify, or similar) and walk me through the hand-off.

Acceptance criteria
1. Visual style guide delivered (colours, typography, buttons, form fields).
2. All seven pages built and match the approved mock-ups.
3. Lighthouse performance score 90+ on mobile.
4. Form submission tested and verified.
5. Source code pushed to my private repo with clear read-me instructions.
