"I am building a full-scale taxi-booking portal that serves both customers and drivers, and it must run seamlessly on iOS, Android, and the web. The heart of the product is a fluid ride-booking flow with real-time fare estimation, GPS navigation, and live status updates.

From the customer side, I need easy registration (email, phone, or social), quick pickup and drop-off inputs, transparent pricing before confirmation, ride history, in-app reviews, push notifications, and an on-screen SOS button that immediately routes to predefined emergency contacts.

Drivers require their own experience: profile creation with document upload, ride-request queues, accept/decline logic, daily and weekly earnings tracking, and performance analytics that update automatically. A shared admin dashboard should let me approve drivers, monitor live trips on a map, push announcements, and adjust pricing rules in real time.

The engagement spans the entire lifecycle: market research to validate user flows, defining an MVP, drafting wireframes, polishing a modern UI/UX, coding native/hybrid apps plus the web interface, integrating payment gateways and mapping services, conducting rigorous QA, and finally deploying to the App Store, Google Play, and a cloud host.
