"Looking for a Skilled English Speaker to Represent Me in Software Developer Interviews (Europe or America Only)

Description:
I’m seeking a fluent or native English speaker with a background in software development (or at least solid technical knowledge) to represent me in a series of job interviews for a software developer role.

You will be the one attending the interviews, but I’ll be supporting you in real time from behind the scenes and providing access to professional AI tools such as GPT-5, Claude, and Sensei AI (real-time interview assistant) to help you respond effectively.

Requirements:
- Based in Europe or America (due to time zone alignment)
- Fluent or native English speaker
- Solid understanding of software development concepts, tools, and terminology
- Confident and professional communicator in an interview setting
- Comfortable working under a strict NDA to maintain confidentiality

Interview Process:
1. Recruiter Screening
- $30/hr
- $50 bonus if you pass and proceed to HR interview

2. HR Interview
- $30/hr
- $100 bonus if you pass and proceed to Technical interview

3. Technical Interview
- $50/hr
- $200 bonus if you pass and proceed to Final interview

4. Final Interview
- $50/hr
- If you receive an offer, you’ll receive 10–20% of the monthly income from that job on an ongoing basis
