The heart of this project is speed optimisation paired with solid on-page SEO, and the top priority is reducing load times without touching the overall design or removing existing functionality.

Here’s how I picture the engagement unfolding: you begin with a detailed performance audit—think Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, WebPageTest—so we have a hard baseline. From there, we’ll tackle render-blocking resources, minify and bundle assets, introduce smart caching and compression, lazy-load imagery, and fine-tune any external scripts.
