"I am kicking off “Kims”, an all-in-one platform that will eventually span transportation, health, sports and social chat. To get there, I want to build a laser-focused first release dedicated to Accommodation.

Scope of this initial build
The core experience is house rentals and guest housing. Users must be able to search, compare and reserve places with the same ease they expect from leading booking apps.

Essential features I need in the MVP
• GPS-driven search so travellers see options near their current or chosen location.
• Side-by-side price comparison, giving users instant clarity on nightly rates and fees.
• Verified user reviews and ratings to build trust for every listing.
• Complete house information with photos, amenities, and direct contact details for hosts or property managers.

What I’m looking for
I need an app developer who can own the end-to-end build: intuitive UI, secure backend, seamless data flow and a clean deployment pipeline. Code quality, scalability and thoughtful UX are critical because this module will form the backbone for the larger super-app.

Deliverable
A fully functional Accommodation MVP ready for beta testing, complete with source code and brief technical documentation so the next feature set can plug in smoothly.
