"I am looking for an experienced Python developer with strong math/game logic skills to build a program that automatically adjusts the Crazy Time payout table to maintain a fixed RTP (Return to Player) percentage.

Project Scope:
Load an existing JSON payout table (main wheel + bonus games + stake bonus)
Calculate current RTP based on the table values
Adjust only the bonus games’ payouts/frequencies according to specific rules for each game type while keeping the main wheel payouts fixed
Ensure real-time recalculation of RTP after adjustments
Include the ability to lock/unlock specific fields (price or frequency)
Provide an intuitive table-based GUI for editing values
Export the updated table in JSON and CSV formats
Support presets (Low/Med/High Volatility) and a revert-to-original option

Requirements:
- Strong experience in Python (PyQt, Tkinter, or similar for GUI)
- Knowledge of casino game math and RTP balancing
- Ability to implement per-bonus-game logic rather than a global scaling approach
- Experience with JSON data structures and export formats
- Good understanding of real-time UI updates and locking mechanics

Deliverables:
- Fully working Python application with GUI
- Clean, well-documented code
- Instructions for building into an executable (.exe)
