"I’m ready to turn my concept, “Poin 86 Juta,” into a fully-functioning Android application. The core idea is defined, the name is locked in, and now I need an experienced Android developer who can move it from paper to Google Play.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

• End-to-end Android development – coding, UI implementation, basic QA, and a signed release build.
• Clean, modern architecture (Kotlin with Jetpack components or another current stack you prefer, as long as it’s maintainable).
• Clear, well-commented source code delivered through a private Git repo.
• A brief hand-off guide so I can replicate the build and submit future updates on my own.
