"Flutter + Supabase Deployment Specialist (Android + iOS) — Build/Release Pipeline + Store Submissions

Overview

I’m a solo founder building Inoka, a Flutter mobile app (single codebase for rider + driver modes) backed by Supabase (Postgres/RLS, Edge Functions, Realtime Broadcast). The app is built; I need an experienced freelancer to help me deploy and ship: configure Supabase, set up Google Maps keys, set up CI builds, and publish to TestFlight + Google Play internal testing.

This is a deployment and release engagement. No new product features required.

Scope of Work (Deliverables)

Supabase Production Setup

Apply SQL migrations in the Supabase dashboard (schema + RLS + function permissions).

Deploy 3 Supabase Edge Functions via dashboard (no CLI required unless you prefer it).

Configure Edge Function secrets (URL, anon key, service role key).

Confirm Realtime Broadcast works for authenticated channels.

Mobile Project Scaffolding & Configuration

Ensure Flutter project is buildable with proper android/ and ios/ folders.

Set identifiers and display name:

App name: Inoka

Android applicationId / iOS bundle id: [login to view URL] (or propose best-practice alternative if needed)

Configure environment variables (SUPABASE_URL, SUPABASE_ANON_KEY) securely via build-time defines.

Google Maps Setup

Create/verify Google Cloud Maps API keys for Android + iOS.

Apply restrictions (package + SHA-1 for Android; bundle id for iOS).

Insert keys into native configs so maps render correctly.

Build + Distribution

Set up a cloud build pipeline (preferred: Codemagic, Bitrise acceptable).

Android: generate AAB + publish to Google Play Internal Testing.

iOS: generate IPA + upload to TestFlight.

Confirm I can reproduce builds after handoff.

Handoff

Short step-by-step doc (bullet list) on how to:

deploy Edge Functions

rotate keys

trigger builds

submit new store versions

Optional: a 30–60 minute screenshare walkthrough.

Must-Have Skills

Flutter release engineering (Android + iOS)

Android signing / Play App Signing

iOS signing, provisioning profiles, App Store Connect / TestFlight

No new feature development required.

Prefer minimal local tooling; I’m fine with you using CLI if it speeds things up, but final handoff must be manageable for a solo developer.
