"NEVA is a productivity layer that sits on top of Gmail, reads each incoming message, spots any dates or times, and instantly turns that raw text into usable scheduling actions. The core flow is simple: a user signs in with Google (or traditional email + password if they prefer), grants Gmail access, and watches NEVA surface calendar-ready insights—then the app quietly pushes automatic calendar events and timely reminder notifications.

The mobile experience comes first, so the build must ship native-feeling iOS and Android apps. A lightweight web interface is only needed for internal testing and quick demos, nothing public-facing yet. Whatever stack you choose is fine as long as it is efficient, secure, and truly scalable; I expect you to justify your choices and lay out the architecture, not guess.

Key functionality to cover:
• Google OAuth with proper token refresh handling and encrypted storage
• Optional email/password auth for users who skip Google sign-up
• Deep Gmail API integration that continually parses message bodies for scheduling cues
• Rules that translate extracted dates and times into confirmed calendar events, plus push/email reminders
• A clean, fast UI that feels production-ready from day one
