"My React.js site already renders a data-heavy table but lacks any meaningful way to narrow the rows. I want that fixed. You will add an intuitive filter layer that combines two controls:

• A live search bar that reacts as the user types, matching across the columns I specify.
• A set of checkboxes so visitors can instantly toggle predefined categories on and off without reloading the page.

All filtering should happen client-side for snappy feedback, with any necessary data hooks exposed through my existing Node.js API only if absolutely required. I’ll share the repo, environment files, and a short style guide so the new components slot straight into the current layout.

Acceptance is straightforward: the new controls appear above the table, blend with my UI theme, update the row set accurately on every interaction, and leave all existing functionality untouched.
