"I run a shoe-manufacturing plant and I’d like a single ERP platform that ties every department together, from the cutting table right through to final dispatch and our books. The solution must be built (or configured) specifically for footwear production, not a generic template, so processes such as size-based BOMs and style-colour runs feel native rather than bolted on.

Core modules and scope
• Inventory Management – raw leather, soles, accessories and finished-goods stock, with lot/colour/size tracking and real-time valuation.
• Production Planning – work orders generated from sales forecasts, capacity loading per line, and labour/machine scheduling.
• Quality Control – inline and post-production inspections with rejection codes and rework tracking.
• Accounting – invoicing, expense tracking, financial reporting and cheque management fully linked to inventory and payroll.
• Payroll – piece-rate and hourly payroll, statutory deductions, and integration to financial ledger.
• Work Design & Task Management – define each operation in the shoe-making flow, assign tasks to operators, and monitor completion time.

Key expectations
– A modern web interface (desktop first, tablet friendly) that our shop-floor supervisors can adopt quickly.
– Role-based access so production staff, QC inspectors and accountants only see what they need.
– Data import tools to migrate existing Excel sheets for inventory and accounts.
– Source code or full admin access on delivery so we are not locked in.
– Training sessions for my production planner, QC head and accountant.
– Go-live support through the first month-end close.
