"I need a lean, fast-loading WordPress site that lets construction and service vendors sign up through a single, clearly presented form. The emphasis is on getting a functional MVP online quickly rather than polishing an elaborate visual design.

Here’s the flow I have in mind:

• You recommend and install a lightweight, mobile-responsive theme that feels modern yet stays out of the way of the content. I don’t have one picked, so point me toward two or three solid options and we’ll decide together.
• Spin up WordPress on my hosting, apply the chosen theme, and make sure basic security and performance plugins are in place.
• Build a dedicated vendor onboarding form and embed it prominently (ideally on the homepage, or a standalone page we can link everywhere). The form should capture standard business details; I’ll supply final field labels once you scaffold it.
• Route form submissions straight to my email inbox and a simple Google Sheet (or comparable list) so I can sort applicants right away.
• Create a pared-down “Contact” section and add any legally required footer text—again, minimal and clear.

Deliverable: a live, password-accessible site on my server that loads quickly, looks clean on mobile and desktop, and collects vendor data without hiccups. Once it meets that mark, I can start marketing and iterate later on finer design touches.
