"I’m assembling a new, real-world selfie dataset to improve facial recognition, age estimation and ID-verification models. For this phase I’m focusing on contributors based in South America and East/Southeast Asia.

What I need
Each approved participant will provide 10 – 30 natural selfies (around 24 on average). Recent shots plus a few older ones are ideal as long as each file is tagged with the capture date and the subject’s age at the time. Images must be taken in a neutral background and show the face clearly—no masks, sunglasses, heavy make-up or group photos.

Workflow
All submissions go through the Clickworker mobile app. I’ll create and share agency accounts so you (or the contributors you recruit) can upload directly. The app flags basic quality checks before anything reaches my review queue.

Scale & timing
The wider program targets 2 000 – 5 000 participants worldwide; this slice covers several hundred from the two regions above. The pilot kicks off 19 Oct and runs for four weeks, with extensions possible.

Payment
Mid-cost region rates apply here: US $0.20 per accepted image, up to US $4.56 per person. I process a single invoice at the end of each month based on the app’s accepted-image report.

Deliverables
• CSV or JSON export produced by Clickworker, listing file names plus age and date tags
• The corresponding image files (already stored in the app) marked “accepted” in the platform

Acceptance criteria
• 10–30 images per unique contributor, all in neutral backdrops and meeting the no-obstruction rule
• Accurate age/date metadata supplied for every file
• All uploads completed inside the Clickworker environment by the pilot deadline
