"I’m looking for a developer who can take my business concept and turn it into a polished Android application. The project is strictly mobile-first for now, so everything—from planning to final APK—should be geared toward the Android ecosystem (Java or Kotlin, Android Studio, latest SDKs).

Here’s what I need:
• A clean, intuitive UI that reflects a professional business brand.
• Core features mapped to the usual business flow—think account creation, secure login, basic data entry, and a simple dashboard.
• Solid, well-documented code with Git version control, plus detailed instructions on how to build and run the app locally.
• A short hand-off session (recorded or live) so I can understand deployment to Google Play when I’m ready.
