"I’m enhancing my sales landing page with a small but powerful “Spin & Win” feature and need a sharp front-end developer to plug it in seamlessly. The page is built in plain HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript—no frameworks or CMS in sight—so your solution must stay in that stack.

Here’s the exact flow I must keep intact:

• Visitors see the wheel immediately on page load.
• A single click triggers a slow spin that always settles on the 50 % slice.
• Once it stops, a popup announces “You won 50 % discount”, plays a short winning sound and starts a 5-minute countdown.
• Tapping the “OKAY” button hides the wheel and reveals my existing order form without touching its current design, colours or validation logic.
• After the form is sent, only one order can be made per IP + phone number; the form must then disable and the user is forwarded to my thank-you page.

All styling should mirror the page’s present look and colour palette, so the wheel and popup feel native, not bolted on. Clean, modular code, clear comments and any assets (audio, images, minified JS/CSS) are the deliverables.
