"I have put together a working proof-of-concept on the Lovable platform – you can see it live at

It demonstrates the flow I want, but Lovable’s no-code limitations mean I now need a proper, self-hosted version that uses a SQL database.

Scope of work
• Re-create (and improve where sensible) the public-facing admission portal for schools, keeping the same steps: applicant details, programme selection, fee preview and confirmation.
• Implement true online application forms, secure document upload and real-time application tracking exactly as they behave in the demo.
• Build a clean admin panel – Admin is the sole role for now – that lets me review, update status, filter/search, download attachments and export data.

Tech notes
• Any modern stack is fine as long as the data layer is a relational SQL database (MySQL, PostgreSQL or similar).
• Please structure the code so additional roles (admission officers, review committees) could be added later without major refactor.

Deliverables
– Source code with clear instructions for local setup and production deployment
– SQL schema and seed data matching the live demo
– Brief hand-over session or documentation covering core modules, security measures and how to add fields or stages in the future
