"Social Media & Marketing Manager - Multi-Brand Portfolio

Full-Time Position | Denver Hours (MST) Required

We’re seeking an experienced Brand & Media Manager to support multiple brands across tourism and technology services industries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop high-quality social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and direct web channels
• Create professional video and photo content
• Write and format blog posts efficiently
• Manage WordPress websites using Breakdance builder / stand up quick sites with Carrd
• Execute promotional campaigns and meet tight deadlines

Requirements:
• Full availability during Mountain Standard Time business hours, everyday per week (media management requires consistent commitment to maintain brand presence and engagement)
• Expert in rapid content development without sacrificing quality
• Experienced with AI tools - able to customize and refine AI output, not simply copy-paste
• Strong visual content creation skills - photography and videography
• Proven ability to produce months of campaign content within days
• Fast-paced environment experience with strict deadline adherence
• WordPress and Breakdance builder proficiency
• Must provide own laptop and equipment

Communication & Collaboration:
• Daily coordination via WhatsApp and Google Drive
• Team approvals and feedback loops managed day-to-day

Compensation & Contract Terms:
• Budget: $150-300 per month depending on experience
• Your bid must be for 30 days at a fixed monthly rate
• Payment structure: milestone payments released on the last day of each month
• Each month must be the exact same price - specify your total monthly rate in your proposal
• Looking for 3-month commitment or more
