"We’re Hiring: AI Engineer (2+ Years Experience)

We are building an AI Assistant System for Small Businesses — a cutting-edge solution that can handle calls locally with multi-language understanding (starting with English + Hindi) for both voice & text.

We’re looking for an AI Engineer who’s passionate about AI/ML engineering, LLMs, and creating real-world intelligent systems.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for designing, training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLM-based solutions. You will also work on NLP pipelines, speech processing, and integration with our backend systems. Your work will directly power the AI’s ability to understand and respond naturally, making it a key part of the product.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, train, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) for multi-lingual environments

Develop and optimize NLP pipelines for voice & text processing

Integrate AI models with backend systems for real-time interaction

Collaborate with the speech processing team (ASR, TTS)

Optimize for local, offline-capable AI execution

Work with MongoDB for storing and retrieving conversational data

Assist in AI performance benchmarking and continuous improvement

Required Skills:

Strong Python skills

AI/ML Engineering experience (LLM training, fine-tuning, deployment)

NLP and Large Language Models expertise

Data Science fundamentals (data preprocessing, model evaluation)

Familiarity with Node.js and MongoDB

Experience with speech-to-text and text-to-speech systems is a plus

Experience: Minimum 2 years in AI/ML Engineering" (client-provided description)
