"I’m building a single-page application in React that will power a full-featured betting website. The core front-end stack is React (latest), React Router, hooks, and either Context or Redux for state management—whatever you’re most productive with.

The primary goal of this phase is to stand up a clean, responsive SPA that can:
• display dynamic odds pulled from my existing REST/WebSocket feeds,
• let users browse events and assemble a bet slip, and
• route smoothly between sections without a page refresh.

I already have UI wireframes, colour palette, and the API documentation. You’ll take those assets, componentise the layout, connect the data layer, and hand back production-ready code in a well-structured Git repo.

Acceptance criteria
1. All navigation and data calls happen client-side—no full reloads.
2. Odds update in real time via the provided socket.
3. Bet slip totals and potential returns calculate accurately on every change.
4. Code passes ESLint rules and ships with a small Cypress or Jest smoke suite.
