"I need a simple yet reliable WhatsApp-based flow that will let transporters place reverse-auction bids for hiring trucks. The idea is straightforward: I publish a load request, every interested transporter receives it in WhatsApp, and each one replies with a price as a plain text message. As lower bids arrive, the previous bidders are notified so they can decide if they want to undercut, until the timer closes and the best price wins.

Scope of work
• Set up the WhatsApp Business API (or an equivalent third-party gateway) and design the conversational flow entirely around standard messaging; no voice, file sharing, or forms.
• Automate load broadcast: once I enter origin, destination, tonnage, and deadline, the system should push that to my transporter list instantly.
• Capture bids in real time, validate that they are numbers, and log sender, timestamp, and price.
• Keep bidders updated with the current lowest price until the auction ends, then send a closing message announcing the winner and the next steps.
• Provide a lightweight web or spreadsheet-friendly dashboard so I can review bid history and export data whenever needed.

Acceptance criteria
1. Transporters can join the auction and place bids using nothing but text messages.
2. The bot correctly identifies the lowest bid and updates all participants within seconds.
3. I can launch a new auction in under a minute without touching code.
4. All bid data is downloadable as CSV or Excel.
