"I need a complete, dual-site solution under the single TopPicks domain:

• TopPicks Furniture – a full-scale e-commerce storefront with a smooth cart, secure checkout, customer reviews and ratings, and advanced product filtering so visitors can quickly drill down by size, finish, or price.

• TopPicks Booking – a property listing and reservation hub where owners can publish spaces, manage availability, and accept bookings through the same account they use for the shop.

Both arms must share one login, a unified design system, and a friction-free switch between “Shop” and “Book” so users feel they’re still on the same site. Mobile responsiveness, lightning-fast page loads, and SEO-friendly architecture are non-negotiable.

I’m open on the tech stack; WordPress + WooCommerce, a headless React front-end with a Laravel or Node back-end, or another modern approach—use what lets you deliver an elegant UI, clean code, and easy future scaling. Please outline:

1. Proposed architecture and key plugins/modules
2. Timeline with major milestones (design mock-ups, staging build, QA, launch)
3. Post-launch support and hand-off plan, including documentation
