"I’m building an online platform that lets everyday investors browse and fund revenue-sharing deals—think of Republic’s user experience but with profit share as the sole focus. Visitors should land, explore live opportunities, complete KYC/AML, and commit funds through an integrated payment gateway.

Because every offer on the site distributes returns from actual cash flow, I need an internal dashboard where I can manually enter monthly or quarterly revenue figures, update payout percentages, and trigger distributions. No automated calculators or third-party royalty tools right now; the system simply has to accept my inputs, display them transparently to each investor, and record the history for compliance.
We are building a web-based revenue / profit-sharing investment platform that connects investors with real businesses seeking growth capital. The platform will allow businesses to apply for funding and define revenue- or profit-share terms, while investors can browse verified deals, invest, and track payouts through a dashboard. Core features include user authentication, KYC-ready flows, deal listings, investment checkout, dashboards for investors and businesses, admin management, legal/disclosure pages, and a clean, trustworthy UI. The goal is to create an MVP that is scalable, secure, and suitable for presenting to partners and early investors.
Key deliverables:
• Responsive front-end that showcases active, upcoming, and closed revenue-sharing campaigns.
• Investor onboarding flow with identity verification and secure wallet or account balance.
• Transaction layer to accept investments, generate contract documents, and store them in user accounts.
• Admin console for manual revenue entry, payout scheduling, and cap-table style reporting per deal.
• Investor dashboard that reflects their individual stake, total contributions, and the profit already distributed.
• Basic community tools (comments or updates) so issuers can keep investors informed.
