"Summary
SustainPro Solutions is an Abu Dhabi based Event Intelligence and ClimateTech company building a platform for mega events and venues. We already have a web dashboard and backend in development and now want an official iOS and Android app that supports role based access, targeted alerts, and operational workflows for live event delivery. The mobile app must map to our platform structure and modules such as WaterWall, Utilities and Fluids, AI Counting, Reports, Users, Devices, Assign People, Settings, Public Dashboard. 

Project goal
Build the first production version of the SustainPro mobile app and prepare it for Apple App Store and Google Play Store submission.

Core scope for MVP
1. Secure login and multi tenant access so each client only sees their own events and data.
2. Role based access with different views for Super Admin, Event Manager, Service Supervisor, Onsite Technician, Client Viewer. 
3. Event selection and event dashboards with service modules.
4. Alerts center with assignment, acknowledgement, resolution and escalation rules. Alerts must route to responsible people or teams, not broadcast to everyone. 
5. Service screens for WaterWall, Utilities and Fluids tank monitoring, AI counting summaries, and Reports viewing and export where supported by backend. 
6. Public Dashboard mode for a shareable event view with approved metrics only. 
7. Push notifications for critical alerts and assigned tasks.

Tech expectations
React Native is preferred if you are strong in it, Flutter is also acceptable. The app must be API first and secure. All permissions must be enforced by backend authorization, not only by hiding buttons in the UI.

Deliverables
1. Mobile app source code for iOS and Android in our SustainPro repository.
2. Clear build and release process documentation.
3. Store ready builds and support for submission to Apple and Google.
4. Basic QA checklist and weekly demo cadence.
5. Ownership: all code and deliverables are owned by SustainPro.

What we need from you
1. Proven experience shipping real apps to App Store and Google Play.
2. Strong experience with authentication, role based access, multi tenant apps, and push notifications.
3. Ability to work with an existing backend team and follow a defined wireframe and module structure. 
4. Clear communication and reliable weekly delivery.
