"I need a compact, high-impact real-estate site that showcases three to four select properties in a popular tourist area and is fully geared toward “Golden Visa” searches. The build must be completely custom—pure HTML5, CSS3 and any focused JavaScript—so the code stays light, fast and easy to maintain without a CMS layer.

The site has to speak to an international audience, so every page has to load in English, Arabic and Chinese, switching instantly while preserving SEO with proper hreflang tags. I will deliver the translations; you wire everything up.

Functionality I have in mind: a responsive layout that performs well on mobile, an interactive map highlighting each property and its surroundings, and a straightforward contact form that pushes inquiries to my email while storing them in a database. I also want an AI-driven auto-reply system—think OpenAI API or Dialogflow—that can handle routine questions 24/7 and feed me detailed usage stats.

SEO is mission-critical. Please weave in structured data for properties, keyword-rich but human copy focused on the Golden Visa angle, lightning-fast loading, optimized images, XML/HTML sitemaps and a clean URL structure. The goal is for every language version to rank on its own.
